He has led transformative growth at leading Reliance bp Mobility as well where he played a pivotal role in accelerating India’s petroleum retail revolution. A respected voice in India’s energy transition, he is a frequent speaker and policy advocate, passionate about shaping a sustainable, innovation-led future​

Vinay Pabba is the Chief Executive Officer of Vibrant Energy, a corporate renewable energy platform recently acquired by INOX Clean Energy. He has over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, with expertise in developing and scaling large-scale solar and wind projects for commercial and industrial consumers. Prior to Vibrant Energy, Vinay held multiple CXO and Board roles across leading clean energy IPPs- including Greenko, Brookfield, Virescent, O2 Power and has played a key role in expanding corporate clean energy adoption in India. Before entering the energy sector, he served in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) as the youngest officer of the 1992 batch. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras.

An electrical engineer by training, Kartik attended the Kellogg School of Management to pursue his MBA. In spring 2021, the Kellogg School of Management honoured him with the Youn Impact Leader award for his contribution to environmental and social impact. In 2017, he was awarded the Asian Entrepreneurship Award, by the University of Tokyo & Mitsui Fudosan in Japan. He is also the recipient of the Amity Leadership award in 2018. Leading Indian business publication, BusinessWorld, featured him amongst India’s promising young entrepreneurs in their cover story. He actively speaks on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Sustainability & Leadership at several Business Schools in India and regularly contributes to various print & digital publications.

Mudit Jain is a seasoned cleantech finance professional currently serving as Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Tata Capital Cleantech Finance. He brings over a decade of experience across renewable energy, solar markets, and sustainable finance, with deep expertise in market research, business strategy, and project financing. Prior to Tata Capital, he has worked with leading organizations including Adani Solar, PwC Consulting, and J.P. Morgan, where he built strong insights into India’s evolving clean energy ecosystem. Mudit holds an MBA from IIM Ranchi and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.

Abhinav brings 20 years of experience across financing and lending operations with World Bank, GIZ, Centre for Science and Environment, Tata Capital and ICICI Bank. Currently he works as Energy Specialist with the World Bank, based in New Delhi, where he works on renewable energy, power sector reforms, and clean energy deployment programs Prior to the World Bank, he worked in the energy consulting and policy domain, advising on renewable energy markets and power sector initiatives. His work focuses on enabling large-scale adoption of clean energy solutions and strengthening power sector institutions in emerging economies.​

Sishir Garemella is Head of Internatio/03/Kartinal Business Development at Kiwa PVEL, a global leader in solar module reliability testing. With over 15 years of experience across clean energy, finance, and engineering, he has led initiatives in solar quality, bankability, and international market expansion. Prior to Kiwa, he founded Sunvest Energy and Sunvest Capital, pioneering rooftop solar deployment and financing in India. He began his career in investment banking and infrastructure finance. Sishir holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Windsor.
